    We currently have an immediate opening for an Organizational Change Manager.  The successful candidate will assume the following responsibilities:

    Responsibilities

    • Work with senior leaders to evaluate, develop and execute a change management strategy that aligns to the vision for change.
    • Develop and perform communications to key stakeholder groups while maintaining alignment to the principles identified in the change management strategy and vision for change.
    • Assess the impact of change and the organization's readiness while ensuring roles, responsibilities, and, decision-making framework are clarified.
    • Consult with clients and system end-users to identify and analyze the change in business workflows.
    • Develop and execute change management plans to promote and support user adoption of new technology and business processes, benefits realization and change sustainability of new practices.
    • Plan and facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions.
    • Develop effective communication and training plans that align with organization-specific need.
    • Develop and implement measures that track progress, outcomes, and benefits realization.

    Qualifications

    Essential Skills and Qualifications

    • Bachelor degree in a related field (or equivalent related qualifications)
    • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
    • Strong presentation and group facilitation skills; with experience leading workshops and training sessions
    • Experience implementing new processes or systems within large and/or diverse organizations
    • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle

     Additional Assets

    • Certification in industry-standard change management methodology
    • Experience in a consulting environment
    • Experience in designing and delivering technical solutions
    • Strong conflict management skills
    • Bilingual spoken and written
    • Familiarity with health care solutions
    • Willingness to travel
