    Accreon is currently looking to add the talents of a Front-End User Interface Developer to join our team.  The successful candidate will assume the following responsibilities:

    Responsibilities

    • Support project leadership throughout the project software development lifecycle.
    • Analyze development/technical problems and propose solutions.
    • Assist in researching new technologies and providing recommendations.
    • Assist in the design and development of new products/customer specific projects.
    • Actively collaborate with team members, perform code reviews and proactively contribute to a project.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor of Computer Science degree (or equivalent related qualifications such as Community College) with over five years industry experience developing web applications.
    • Exhibit a strong team focus, willing and able to help and be helped.
    • Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6).
    • Comprehensive experience developing Single Page Applications using modern JS libraries and frameworks such as React, Angular, Ember or Vue.js
    • Proficient with Git workflow, and comfortable with the command-line.
    • Expert with unidirectional data flow (Redux).
    • Comfortable working with modern JS build tools and package managers (Webpack, Babel, NPM).
    • Ability to develop responsive CSS from scratch based on limited design specs.
    • Use of CSS preprocessors (SASS) and postprocessors (PostCSS).
    • Ability to think in terms of abstract reusable UI components, familiar with DRY code principles.
    • Proficient using REST-based APIs.
    • Experience working with SQL.
    • Strong architectural skills.
    • Comfortable with working on Agile teams.
    • Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

     

    Additional Assets:

    • Experience working with Eclipse or similar Java IDE.
    • Experience working in a consulting environment; designing and delivering technical projects.
    • Familiarity with health care solutions.
    • Experience with source control, build/integration, and automated test tools.
    • Experience contributing to open source projects.
    • Knowledge of analysis and design methodologies.
    • Experience with common and emerging interoperability standards such as HL7 V2.x, as well as V3, IHE profile, FHIR.
    • Willingness to travel.
