    Responsibilities

    • Provide deep technical subject matter expertise to our clients.
    • Architect and design solutions for our clients from vision to realization keeping with architectural principles, strategies, standards, patterns, and reference architectures.
    • Strong ability to bridge the business strategy, IT strategy, and solution requirements with the technical architecture and design, and clearly communicate the value of the architecture to meet these diverse domains.
    • Ability to align solution architecture within an enterprise architecture framework, requirements and technology.
    • Lead client stakeholders, IT, management and technical teams in the overall technical vision for a solution, keeping with architectural principles, strategies, standards, patterns and reference/target architectures.
    • Guide the team and solution towards continuous improvements.
    • Engage and interact with clients during feedback sessions, focus groups, user groups, and requirement gathering sessions.
    • Mentor and coach junior/intermediate team members.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical field (or equivalent).
    • 10+ years’ experience with various technology stacks (Java and .Net are essential).
    • 5+ years’ experience in architecting, designing and deploying complex solutions, in a technical leadership role.
    • Deep knowledge of solution/software architecture and design considering reference architectures and design patterns.
    • Demonstrated experience in interpreting business requirements, defining technology requirements, defining conceptual, logical and physical designs of the solution.
    • Experience providing alternative solution recommendations to project sponsors and influencing them towards the best fit for them.
    • Strong analytical skills.
    • Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to incorporate feedback to collectively increase the value of the solution.
    • Ability to effectively pull together cross-functional resources to deliver a quality solution according to architecture and design.
    • Familiarity with health care domain and associated systems and solutions
    • Willingness to travel
    • Bilingual French and English
