    As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will partner with hiring managers to determine employment needs, define qualifications of successful candidates and to facilitate an effective and efficient recruiting effort.

    Responsibilities

    What you’ll be doing
    Liaise with hiring managers in developing or modifying job descriptions for positions.
    Identify and utilize a variety of sourcing methods including referrals, databases, websites, social media, LinkedIn and networking events to attract qualified candidates.
    Post all job openings internally and externally and oversee the application process.
    Develop a pipeline of active and passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques (i.e. Indeed, LinkedIn, personal networking, etc.)
    Review resumes and screen applicants, funneling only the most qualified candidates to hiring managers.
    Facilitate the development of strong, long-standing relationships between hiring managers and candidates. Leverage understanding of the marketplace in order to assist hiring managers in setting realistic expectations of candidate skill sets and experience.
    Build an extensive network of information technology and healthcare professionals to broaden potential candidate base.
    Develop and implement a plan to utilize interns and recruit on college campuses.
    Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the organization and make data-driven policy change recommendations.

    Qualifications

    Required experience
    Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline or the equivalent in education and work experience.
    Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while building partnerships with hiring managers and other IT professionals.
    Experience in recruiting and talent acquisition, including leading recruiting initiatives, with a focus on employing best practices and identifying and retaining top talent.
    Proven skills in sourcing candidates using a variety of methods. i.e. database searches, internet job postings, campus recruitment, candidate referrals and networking.
    Experience with applicant tracking and recruiting systems and software, such as iCIMS.
    Extremely detail oriented with high level of organization.
    Ability to multitask and prioritize work.
    Strong computer skills with MS Office Software: Outlook, Word, and Excel.

    Experience in a consulting environment.
    Familiar with health care solutions.
    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
