    As the Vice-President of Sales, you will report to the CEO and work in conjunction with the Senior Leadership Team and the Executive Team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies for corporate growth.

    Responsibilities

    What you will be doing
    Expand footprint in Canada by identifying suitable business opportunities where Accreon’s services could be leveraged to solve customer’s use cases.
    Operationalize and implement sales strategies, identify customers and the right opportunities, involve pre-sales teams in positioning the right deal components, track sales progress, pipeline creation, tracking and management, guide pre-sales and other Accreon teams involved in the pursuit with inputs on the customer use case and other softer aspects of the deal, ownership of P&L for the area / vertical.
    Collaborate with customer teams involved.
    Establish and manage relationships with client stakeholders from IT/Business and Procurement, understand the nuances of the client’s organization and bring deals to successful closure.
    Hire, inspire, mentor, train and grow sales team.
    Design and execute sales strategy to close and expand new business opportunities.
    Understand and translate the company’s business goals into strategic sales initiatives, goals, campaigns, and training.
    Work closely with the marketing team to drive lead flow and convert into qualified opportunities.
    Monitor and track team and individual performance to identify areas of strength and opportunities for growth.
    Coach direct reports and provide critical feedback regarding sales strategies and tactics for continuous improvement.
    Create, track, analyze, manage, and communicate sales forecasts and results.
    Perform pipeline management.
    Continuously identify new prospects and opportunities.
    Collaborate with peers and senior executives on sales goals, market trends, and new offerings.
    Identify and implement new sales tools and competencies.
    Provide strategic sales leadership to ensure profitable revenue growth and increased market share.
    Negotiate deals that have a high impact on revenue growth, brand and long-term strategic value.
    Align Accreon’s offerings to client opportunities.
    Participation in sales events / roadshows.
    Drive RFP responses and demos.

    Qualifications

    Essential Skills and Qualifications
    Minimum 10 years of successful selling and/or managing experience and 5 years in a Director role.
    Bachelor’s degree and formal sales training preferred.
    Experience in selling Application Development Services and Cloud Solutions.
    Strong problem solving and excellent communication skills.
    Ability to connect and network with C level executives.
    Highly organized, detail oriented, and process driven.
    Experience hiring, building, developing, and growing an elite sales team that outperforms and consistently hits targets in a high-growth environment.
    Must be a highly motivated self-starter with enthusiasm, curiosity, integrity, and a positive attitude.
    Strong business acumen to identify opportunities that align to Accreon’s business.
